Q: Are all Scott’s Pipes Handmade?
A: Some.. Fully handmade products are one-of-a-kind unique creations, and they are listed separately on the site. All handmade items will be listed in their own pages under: By Maker. The “Handcrafted” pipes are drawn, drilled, shaped, and finished entirely in Nashville by me and the Scott’s Pipes team. “S.Klein Design” pipes are machine made pipes and stems, expertly finished by our in house artists. The “Burners” are factory pipes that have landed with us after a long journey. We are happy to be able to expertly finish them and offer them to you.
Q: Where are Scott’s Pipes made?
A: The materials for our products come from all over the world. The best wood for smoking devices comes from Italy, and Greece. While the best mouthpiece materials are brought in from Germany. As with all of our products, assembly and finish is done right here in Nashville, TN.
Q: How long does it take to receive our products?
A: Retail orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Distribution orders please contact us for lead times.
