General Rules
All pipes come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please send it back in original un-smoked condition for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping. A re-stocking fee will be applied to multiple returns from a single customer.
All pipes are shipped Via USPS. I have not experienced any issues with USPS and I stand behind any packages sent. Shipping is to be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. The cost of shipment is Calculated based on your location. Customers outside the US contact me for a shipping quote prior to purchasing. Insurance is the responsibility of the customer, as well as all fees associated.
Ordering
All pipes are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. Pipe prices are listed in U.S. Dollars, for a quote in Euros, please contact me. All pipes may be purchased with either cash, check, or PayPal. To make a payment with PayPal, send payments to Info@Scottspipes.com For all other payments please contact me. Upon receipt of payment, pipes will be shipped via USPS priority mail, flat rate packaging. Insurance will be added by request and is the responsibility of the buyer to cover all fees associated.
Return By Mail
Pipes are to be returned to me via USPS priority mail. Insurance is recommended.
Return shipments resulting from a change of mind will be paid at your expense. If you are returning for a different reason, please contact me for shipping reimbursement.
Gift Return
Pipes being given as gifts are typically well received. However if the pipe you give is not quite what that person was looking for, please let me know and we can discuss making an alternate pipe or a possible refund.
Exchange
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your expense and exchange it for any other pipe I have in stock, or as temporary credit towards an agreed replacement.
Warranty
All Pipes are guaranteed for life to the original owner to be free of any mechanical/structural defects. Any questions regarding this can be directed to me in an email.
